Dr. Nepoleon M. P. is a dynamic and committed academic leader, currently serving as Assistant Professor of Management at the Centre for Management Studies, Jain University, Bengaluru. His research interests span metaverse-based learning, digital literacy, job-crafting and flourishing at work, leadership styles and consumer behaviour. He has been honoured with multiple Best Researcher Awards at international conferences and has published in journals such as Frontiers in Education, Review of Education and Central European Management Journal. The convergence of technology, human behaviour and organisational processes forms the core of his inquiry, and he continues to drive impactful scholarship while guiding students and engaging in academic service. With this trajectory, he aims to contribute meaningfully to both theory and practice in management and educational transformation.
