He further enriched his expertise through fellowships at prestigious institutions, including Heidelberg University, the Technical University of Munich, and St. Mark’s Hospital in London. With a prolific academic output of 392 publications, including 87 international journal articles, his research has achieved an H-index of 22, with over 1,637 international citations and a research interest score of 967.8. His primary research interests span hepatopancreatobiliary surgery, surgical oncology, minimally invasive techniques, and trauma surgery.
