Sorin-George Toma boasts a robust educational background, commencing with a Bachelor of Electromechanical Engineering from the Naval Academy Constantza in 1984. He earned a Bachelor of Marketing from the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest in 1995. His pursuit of advanced studies includes a Master’s in Political Science (1994) and Business Training (1997). He holds two Ph.D.s: one in Economics (2001) and another in Sociology (2010), from the Academy of Economic Studies and University of Bucharest, respectively. Since March 2008, he has been a Professor at the University of Bucharest, focusing on teaching and scientific research. Toma also worked at the Academy of Economic Studies (1998-2007) and the Romanian-American University (1997-1998).
