He has submitted his thesis titled “Career Decisions and Mobility Constraints for Low-Income Mothers: A Multi-Contextual Exploration in Familialized Societies,” with an internal defense expected by August 2025. Vivek earned his MBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidyalaya, Indore, in 2020. He completed his B.Sc. in Statistics and Computer Science from Vikram University, Ujjain, in 2018. Throughout his academic journey, Vivek has developed a strong foundation in human resource management, with a keen interest in addressing socio-economic class-based inequalities in career development, especially for marginalized groups.
