Valentin Y. Ivanov is a distinguished physicist and mathematician with dual Ph.D. degrees in Physics (Emission Electronics) and Mathematics (Integral Equations in Electron Optics), along with an M.D. in Physics focused on numerical design of high-power RF generators.
