Dr. Dapeng Zhang is an Associate Professor in Ocean Engineering at Guangdong Ocean University, China, with expertise in the dynamic response of offshore and subsea structures. He earned his Doctor of Engineering from Zhejiang University through a joint PhD program with the University of Lisbon, following a Master of Engineering from Ningbo University.
