Dr. Aris Bechlioulis is a distinguished cardiologist and academic, serving as an Attending Physician at the 2nd Department of Cardiology, University Hospital of Ioannina. He obtained his MD from the University of Ioannina, followed by a PhD on the impact of genetic polymorphisms of estrogen receptors on the cardiovascular system, and later achieved diplomas and certifications in cardiology, pacing, life support, and heart failure management from leading European institutions. His professional journey includes fellowships at the General Hospital of Arta and the University Hospital of Ioannina, and since 2016, he has contributed to the Heart Failure Unit with expertise in rhythm device implantation and advanced cardiovascular care.
