From December 2021 to May 2022, he served as an Assistant Professor at Indore Management Institute, where he taught subjects related to Human Resource Management, including HR Analytics, Industrial Relations, and Strategic HRM. In addition to his academic experience, Vivek worked as an Assistant Manager at Bandhan Bank between October 2020 and November 2021.
