In 2006, she earned her Doctorate in Pharmacy from UMF “Iuliu Hațieganu” Cluj-Napoca, marking a significant milestone in her academic journey. Dr. Moisa further advanced her career with a Primary Pharmacist degree from UMF Carol Davila Bucharest in 2009.
