Dr. Nizami also holds a Master’s degree in Power Electronics (M.Tech) from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Trichy, where his research involved designing feedback controllers for buck converters using Queen Bee Assisted Genetic Algorithms and Artificial Immune System Algorithms. He earned his B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, in 2008. With these academic foundations, he has become an expert in adaptive control systems and power electronics, specializing in DC-DC converters and optimization techniques.

Experience 

Dr. Tousif Khan Nizami has over a decade of teaching and research experience. He is currently serving as the Head of the Department & Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at SRM University AP, Guntur, India (since 2022). Before that, he was an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department (2017-2022) at the same university. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Lecturer at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore (2010).
